Hailing from Austin, TX, I’m here for the depths of life.

Integrity, authenticity and abundance are drivers in how I show up for myself and those in community with me.

Sound therapy, breath meditation and the use of herbs changed my life through an integrated heart-centered wellness practice restoring deep burnout, chronic fatigue and postpartum brain fog and anxiety.

After 13 years in the corporate world, with 8.5 years at Google and 5 of those years leading teams, I know what it is to lead from the front and walk through the journey from maiden-to-mother at the same time.

Doing it all at the highest level without an embodied heart-centered wellness practice that actually works left me on the other side of seeing three doctors without answers on a root cause as to where my symptoms were coming from.

Doctors determined that the symptoms were rooted in the relationship I had with my environment. It was taking a physical, mental and spiritual toll. Through interweaving these complementary therapies I begin to restore little by little, cell by cell.

After discovering the impact of sound, breath and herbals in my life, I left the corporate world with a dream to bring these wellness practices to individuals, groups and corporations.

I have an affinity for the Mother and Leadership journeys in life as I have intimate experience with them. I know how much these two paths give and I am honored to serve and center these.

Refilling our wellspring of Life so that we can show up and give only from our extra merit, mitigating burnout, and in turn allowing the restoration of the world come to be. Collective wellness, wins.
