Let Space Breathe Wellness Mastermind Launch

In January we kicked off the Let Space Breathe Wellness Mastermind where those interested in exploring the question of, what it means to be well, gather.

  • What is real self-care versus faux self-care?

  • How did we arrive in a world of depletion with a 4.4 trillion dollar self-care and wellness industry?

  • Who gets to be well and who gets left behind?

Alas, we are off.

The first stop was The Seven Laws of Spiritual Success where Deepak Chopra outlines a set of principles believed to guide individuals towards a more fulfilling and successful life.

These laws are not about achieving worldly success in the traditional sense, although that is nice if and when that flows, but rather about cultivating inner peace, embodying joy, and the realization of abundance. That’s the energy we are bringing forth in 2024, my friends.

These laws allowed deep exploration as we bridged what it means to be well in this lifetime against a spiritual blueprint.

  • The Law of Pure Potentiality

  • The Law of Giving

  • The Law of Karma

  • The Law of Least Effort

  • The Law of Intention and Desire

  • The Law of Detachment

  • The Law of Dharma (Purpose)

Inner peace, the embodiment of joy and abundance are essential for the wellness path so many of us are searching for in our current one stop shop self-care practices. Our matcha lattes (no shame, I’m such a fan!) and calling our shower time our “break” from the day isn't the real deal.

What we are alluding to here is the deeper wellspring of health that comes from within.

This true wellness Chopra alludes to is the state of being that encompasses not only physical health, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

Inner peace allows us to cope with stress and challenges in a healthy way. Chopra teaches about the importance of silence, meditation and the experience of being “in the gap.” The space between two breaths holds the insights of the Universe.

We walked away from the discussion with a 28 day practice of getting still for 3 minutes a day morning and night while finding one thing we are grateful for from the day until we reach our next connection call.

Through this gratitude, we begin to cultivate joy in our lives. When we experience joy, we feel more connected to ourselves and the world around us. This connection breeds presence. Presence breeds positive and helpful energy use.

And from joy and presence, we draw near to experiencing abundance from exactly where we are. From the seat of what we already have and are at this very moment.

When we feel abundant from within, we are less likely to experience anxiety and depression, and we are more likely to live with a sense of purpose and meaning.

This book provides a roadmap for cultivating mind, body and spiritual wellness alongside the flow of the Universe. Highly recommend it!
